Wills Lifestyle unveils it’s Spring/Summer ’15 Collection – Preview and Trends

I’ve been gone for long? Yes, you have all the right to go “how could you” 😛 I’m extremely sorry. More than the work I do, it’s the travel that kills me. I come back home and just dive like Michael Phelps on my bed 😛

Anyhoo, last weekend was pretty kicked up for me. I got an invite to attend the Wills Lifestyle Spring/Summer ’15 launch event. 🙂 Summers for me are all about bright colours. It’s those times when you strut out in those bright orange hues and floral pastels, looking every bit the diva that you are. Wills Lifestyle Spring/Summer ’15 collection was all of that and much more! From pretty florals and pastels to embroidered tops in colours that could make you go ga-ga, it was pure eye-candy! For the guys, from bright chinese collared shirts to checkered ones, the choice was unlimited.

The event started off with a preview of the Spring/Summer ’15 collection after which I got to style the collection on models. This is what I wore to the event – kept it very simple with a classic buttoned down shirt in cream and colored pants in mauve.

The collection was so good that I ended up styling the models first and chose a wonderful orange Hannah flared top with a black skirt for the lady and went for a resortrie look for the guy with shorts and an orange button-down chinese collared shirt. I styled the models keeping a beach-theme in mind. Summers are all about beaches, isn’t it? 😉

For the girl, the one I actually chose first was this pretty flowy blue embroidered dress. If only this size would have fit the model 😐 The other sizes were already sold out. It’s a hot favourite already! 😀

Now coming to the collection,Wills Lifestyle has different ranges. Some of them are Wills Classic, Wills Resortrie, Wills Sports,Wills Signature and Wills ClubLife.

As always, we start with the collection for the ladies. Wills Sports for women had some vibrant shades of oranges, mustards,blues and pastels. Keeping in mind that it’s Spring/Summer collection, they have included few florals as well 🙂

Hannah Flared tops and Peplum tops are so in vogue as well as comfortable. If you don’t own one yet, simply go for it. It’s chic and trendy. Peplums also help in camouflaging your tummy 😉

This is how I paired the Hannah flared top on myself. You can dress it down with black pants or totally amp it up with a skirt. 🙂

Wills Signature collection for women had hues of green, monochromes and beige in it. And most of the pieces had beautiful embroidery on them ♥

Monochrome always gets me weak in the knee! 😀

Embroidered peplum top with net base was such a welcome change from the usual ones. The colour is to die for! ♥

Colored pants can never go out of trend and Wills Lifestyle had them in mustards, beige and blues keeping summer in mind.

Skirts with filigree details on them are quite a trend if you ask me 😀 You can pair them with the most vibrant tops for a complete summer look 🙂 This is the skirt I paired with the Hannah flared top on the model.

Now coming to men, Wills Lifestyle Signature collection had suits in hues of mustards, blues , grey and classic black. You see the one on the extreme right? Fell in love with it 😀 These blazers paired with printed shirts would go really well like the second one from right. 🙂

Waistcoats in pastels, khaki and off-white were different and nice from the usual blacks that we get to see.

Wills Lifestyle Sports for men comprised of stripes, pastel pinks, vibrant oranges and polka shirts.

Collared shirts in colors scream summers! 😀

Wills Lifestyle Resortrie had patterned shorts as well as plain ones keeping in mind those vacations you have been planning for. The fit is just wonderful. I picked the white one for the model.

On the whole, Wills Lifestyle Spring/Summer ’15 collection had a plethora of options to choose from and was a pleasant change from the usual blacks and blues that we see.

The collection is a class apart and I suggest you to definitely hit the nearest Wills Lifestyle store and check out the entire collection. 🙂
