Casual Wear in collaboration with Tathya

Hi everyone 🙂

How are you all? It’s monday morning and the only thing I can think of is snuggling up under my blanket and sleeping. Unfortunately, I can’t 🙁 Talk about monday blues! 😐

Anyhoo, today’s post is about casual wear and quirky handbooks in collaboration with Tathya🙂 A little about Tathya before I talk about what I’m wearing…

“Tathya” means ‘fact’. I think the whole concept of using such a unique name is very creative. Tathya is a brand that believes and work on illustrations, making quirky doodles on t-shirts for men and women, mugs and books. They even make doodle art frames that are currently selling like hot cakes on their website.

Tathya was started by Isha Nagar, a graduate from NIFT, New Delhi with a passion for illustration and quirky viewpoint, bubbled with the idea of having whacky doodles all around her. Her idea took shape when Tathya was born. After getting her hands dirty at various design studios, she decided to give her doodles a home and started off with a bang. She loves to doodle on whatever she can lay her hands on. And what a fab job she does with that! 😀

Today I did a casual outfit which is basic denims that I am most comfortable in any day and a doodle tee thanks to Tathya. ♥ Tathya makes some fancy doodle tees for both men and women! Here I’m wearing “Something Fishy” by Tathya.

I like breathable cottons for daily use but with a hint of quirk in it and this fits that bill perfectly. And of course, the burst of colours against a white tee makes it worth every penny. I will be posting the links for my outfit at the end of the post 🙂

I kept everything minimal here in my outfit as I had to walk a lot that day 🙂 So chose to wear slip-on wedges, let my hair loose, put on a chunky colourful bracelet and my big dial watch in blue. Also I said a no-no to any other accessories as I don’t prefer too much accessorizing for casuals.

Like I already mentioned, it’s not only tees that Tathya is good at. They also have books made of boutique paper which have catchy captions on their cover that can actually get you thinking 😛 I loved this “Ek Kaam Karo” notebook that would be a perfect planner for my schedule 🙂 And the logic behind the book is hilarious and hatke( out of the box). I’m sure you know that in India, free advice is the most common thing you will get, even when you don’t really want it. And all of those advices start with “Ek kaam karo…” 😛

I also threw in a black shrug here as it got quite chill during the day 🙂 All-in-all, a very casual outfit of the day! I hope you liked it as much as I liked working on it.
