Two different ways to style block heels | feat Reliance Footprint

Helloooooo!

How have you all been? I have been super busy planning this week at work and waiting for a lot of things to fall in place. I am nervous as well as excited, all at once!

Today, I am sharing with you all my love/hate relationship with block heels. I have gone through so many stores online/offline in search of a good pair of block heels. Although I tend to like how they look online or at a store on a shelf sitting so pretty, I hated it when I tried them on. Well, you know how when you want to buy shoes and you aren’t happy until you find THE right one? Oh, I am that girl. 😛

So when I was casually looking through Reliance Footprint and spotted a pair of block heels, I ended up thinking I wouldn’t like the block heels that much. But I found a pair of black block heels and I think, I’m sorted now. The heels aren’t too big nor does it look really awkward from behind like I’ve found some to be. It is just the right height and fit! I think the ankle strap did the trick for me. I wanted something that I could wear both to work or for a weekend brunch. 😀

Since I finally found one that I liked, I thought I should show you all two different ways in which I styled it. For the first look, I styled it with a formal dress and blazer from W that screams WORK. This dress is special because it is one my favourite Christmas presents from my parents. 🙂

I am in love with these floral embroidered culottes that I spotted at Splash and paired it with this cute tee that talks a lot about my coffee addiction with only two words. 😛

  1. Hi, I loved the styling !! 👍 I’m someone who hates block heels for no reason. Or maybe because it looks too ugly sometimes and too huge other times. But now, I guess I’ll own a pair too 😊 All thanks to you ☺☺

    1. I am so glad to hear that Hamsalatha! 🙂 Can’t wait to see you style your block heels. Do send pictures, if you can!!
